About Milmay International Kenya (MIK)

Mildmay International Kenya (MIK) is a community systems strengthening Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) founded in 1998 and registered in 2003 with its headquarters in Kisumu County. Western Kenya.

MIK has over 20 years’ experience in implementing; HIV/TB/Malaria Prevention, Care & Support, Reproductive Maternal Newborn Child and Adolescent Health (RMNCAH), Human Rights and Gender (HRG) & Advocacy, Water and Sanitation (WASH), Climate change & Livelihoods, Mental Health, Innovation - Research & Technology and Disaster mitigation & preparedness.

We foster participatory approach in our programs with our beneficiaries who include and not limited to People Living with HIV (PLHIV), Persons living with disability, Adolescents and Young People, Adolescent Girls and Young women, Children and Adolescents, Key/Vulnerable Populations(KVP) and the general population.
